Terms of sale

Last updated: September 29, 2026.

Seller / contact: Sami Guetarni · solutions-informatique@proton.me

1. Seller

The Oriaprint store (oriaprint.com) is published by Sami Guetarni, Rue de Genève 84, 1225 Chêne-Bourg, Switzerland. The sales contract is with this person. Contact: solutions-informatique@proton.me.

Printing and shipping are carried out by Printful, the print-on-demand partner. Printful manufactures and ships the order on behalf of Oriaprint. Printful is not the seller.

2. Made-to-order products

Each item is produced only after the order, using the model, color, size, and design (image or text) chosen by the customer. Nothing is held in stock.

The on-screen preview is indicative. The physical result can vary slightly with the material, screen calibration, and the product’s print area.

The customer confirms they have the rights to the uploaded design and that it is lawful. A file Printful cannot print (resolution too low, or a rejected format) can block production: Oriaprint then contacts the customer, or cancels the order and refunds the payment.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout from Printful rates, based on country, postal code, and the shipping method selected.

Payment is collected by Stripe. Oriaprint does not store the card number. The order is sent to Printful only after payment is confirmed. A declined payment cancels the order.

4. Production

Printful starts production after the paid order is received. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. It depends on the product, the file, and workshop volume. That time is added to transit. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline.

5. Shipping

Printful ships from the facility it selects, with the carrier for the method chosen at checkout. Times shown at checkout are Printful estimates. Tracking is available on the Tracking page once a number is provided.

The customer provides a complete address and a reachable recipient. If the address is wrong, the parcel is unclaimed, or it returns to the facility, a reshipment is possible: the customer pays that second shipping cost. Printful holds a returned parcel for 30 days. After that, the item may be donated and can no longer be resent.

Customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on the destination, when they are not already included in the amount paid. The recipient pays them.

6. No withdrawal right on a personalized item

Products are made to the customer’s specifications: design, text, placement, color, and size.

For a consumer living in the European Union or the EEA, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

In Switzerland, an online order placed on the customer’s own initiative does not create a general statutory 14-day withdrawal right.

Oriaprint therefore does not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for a size or color the customer chose.

7. Defects, misprints, lost parcels

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted (wrong placement, wrong colors, wrong item), or if the parcel is lost, email solutions-informatique@proton.me within 30 days of delivery — or of the estimated delivery date if the parcel never arrives. Include the order number and clear photos of the problem.

Oriaprint forwards the claim to Printful. When Printful accepts a manufacturing defect, a fulfillment error, or a loss, the customer receives a free reprint and reshipment, or a refund. The item does not need to be sent back for a quality issue.

  • A claim sent after those 30 days can no longer be covered by Printful.
  • A poor result caused by a low-resolution file supplied by the customer is not a manufacturing defect.
  • An address the customer entered incorrectly does not qualify for a free reshipment.

8. Personal data

To fulfill the order, the shipping details and print file are sent to Printful, and payment data is sent to Stripe. Details are in the privacy policy.

9. Claims and governing law

Claims go first to solutions-informatique@proton.me.

The seller is established in Switzerland. The contract is governed by Swiss law. A consumer living in the European Union keeps the mandatory protections of their country of residence. The courts of that consumer’s home remain competent when the law so provides.
